Editing players on created teams

Is there anyway to edit the rosters of created teams before entering into franchise mode?

Also is it possible for someone to make a computer based roster editor like Flynn made for NFL2K5?

I want to edit body types, ages, and eye black.

The makers of this game either don't want you to be able to do this or they don't know how to let you do this.
