RT @klmerlet: CLE trading Quinn? Sounds like it's fire-sale in Cleveland ... Likely Quinn could be had. But will anyone call? Oak should.

Not surprised. Anytime you have a quarterback that can go 2-17 and get a win against a quality, premier team, that sounds like a franchise quarterback to me.

Cleveland should have done that before teams could actually see how bad he was. I don't see how anyone could be willing to part with anything of value to acquire Quinn.

Oakland already has one bad young QB. Even Al Davis won't want another one.

So we're really keeping DA and not Quinn...what a fail.

Honestly, Anderson looks to be the better of the two. I know thats not saying a whole lot... but still. That has to be Cleveland's thinking in this process.

Quinn is awful and Mangini will probably draft a quarterback next year.

The Brows have 11 draft picks next year so far. They should draft 11 QBs. One of them will likely work out.

Surely, there must be a gem in one of those.

They should draft Tebow, Bradford, and McCoy. At least.

Lol I think Quinn has more upside than Anderson does. Maybe both should be on the trading block....

I think both QB's would be OK if you put them on a half way decent team. IMO, 85% of all QB's in the NFL will struggle with the Browns, Rams, Raiders, etc.

Hopefully, he'll go to a decent team and serve as a back-up the rest of the year and look for a starting job in another two or three years.

I agree. If Quinn is put on a decent team he will do better. I'm not saying he is a stud, but if you give him protection and weapons he'll be fine.

Jerry Jones might jump on this.

It comes down to the impatience for qb's in the NFL.The Browns are obviously a very bad team.Sure Brady Quinn didn't play very well but it was only 3 games. He played well in the few games he played last year.Certainly the jury is still out. They have nobody to throw to.Quinn and Winslow had very good chemistry last year.

Derek Anderson on the other hand is very erratic. He has the better arm strength but I would've stuck with Quinn to around mid-season anyway.

i peronally think Carolina should jump on this. i assume the price is not very high, at least, but if the price is high, id pass.
