Personally I just don't get it. In the past, they've added players such as Brett Favre and Michael Vick almost immediately.

It's well past the trade deadline. How exactly they couldn't make a few transactions and some adjustments here and there is beyond me.

I mean, what exactly does Donny Moore the "ratings czar" do all day?
