    Forza 3 braking problem

    Hi gang,

Just got copy of Forza 3 and greatly enjoying the game. Having said that I'm getting killed under braking. The main problem is the wheels are locking up with even very little amount of pressure on the brake pedal/ I'm using the MS Steering Wheel, so was wondering what setting, and how to adjust, to rectify or help with this problem. Thanks for any and all help in advance.

    Cheers,

Just taking a stab in the dark, try activating your ABS or pumping your brakes.

No thats not it. I used to have the exact same problem in Forza 2. Go to your settings and adjust the brake sensitivity. Not your car brakes but the settings for the wheel/controller.

After playing with the wheel brake settings, got brake pedal working better, but still getting way to muck lock-up. Funnily enough, if put ABS on in assists you still hear wheel lock-up. Annoying, but still enjoying the game.

I've actually resorted to left foot braking in Forza 3. Takes a while to get used to, but this has actually helped a lot.

if you upgrade to racing brakes on your car, you can set the brake pressure sensitivity.. drop it to about 85% and see if that doesn't help you...

you must have racing brake upgrade though.
