What resource can I use to determine rookie CAP abilities
 

Does anyone know any good sites that I can use to find indepth scouting reports in order to create rookies?? Any help would be appreciated.....thanks in advance

I would say your best bet is Scouts Inc. They are one of the best at doing scouting reports for players entering the draft

Create rookies? I thought the draft classes were canned and could not be edited. Are you talking about offline franchise? If so, that's awesome! How do you edit or create rookies in offline franchise?

I don't think he is editing rookies into the draft class (not possible). I think he just wants to create them in create a player and add them to a roster. I could be wrong though
