I've tried various sliders that have been posted on this forum, but have yet to find a suitable set to use for my franchise. Which sliders are the best for franchise play? (Note: I realize that there is a high degree of subjectivity to slider selection. However, I just want to know which ones are used by most players.). Thanks.

There's no easy answer to that question. Do you like slow / fast speed? Are you looking for short / fast game? Trying to simulate a real NFL season? It's all depends on what you are looking for.
I'm an APF2K8 gamer who really enjoys the slower speed settings in Madden. It feels more realistic to me. If you like the slower settings and are trying to simulate a real NFL season, then give the NFL Simulation Sliders a try. There's a set of rules / guidelines to make it more challenging in the thread as well.
