Anyone got these that work and make teams play a little closer to real?

I may alter the defensive aggression slider above as i still see too many all out blitzes @ 40.

I am also looking into offensive aggression.

I have done some work on defensive run vs pass and i really cant see any effect that it has on the game. But I would like to hear other opinions on this.

is the only way to incorporate these is if you control all 32 teams in franchise?

Yes im afraid so. The thing that i have done is made all these changes and saved a "base" franchise. i.e.

I have saved the base franchise as "franchise1".
I then load franchise 1, but save the franchise as "franchisePatriots" and play as the patriots with this franchise.
Now if i want to start a franchise as the saints i can load up "franchise1" and then save it as "franchiseSaints".

Thus not needing to make the changes before every franchise i start.

Also, i have just played some more games, and am in the middle of one right now as the bucs against the giants. Amazingly, on 3 and 4 from my 39 the giants rushed 9 and i hit a wide open winslow for the score. I might pull back the defensive aggressiveness for the teams as 40 still seems too high.

Excellent idea. Check the links that I posted in the sticky. I KNOW one of them had it for a 32 league franchise. I just don't remember which one.
