Best 3-4 Defensive Playbook?

I play sim-style and have a deadly MLB 1-2 punch in an online franchise. Looking to transition to a 3-4 defense from a 4-3.

I often play with the Browns' Eric Mangini 3-4 and am familiar with that, but wondering if there's a better option out there?

Any preferences? Or is every coach's 3-4 D identical?

I prefer the Jets playbook. Predator 3-4 has some nice pressure packages.

I thought about going the Rex Ryan route. Is there a 1-5-5 Nickel package? That's pretty much my go-to versus the cheesers out there . . .

Depends. If you have good OLB's that could play DE in any other 4-3 defense, I would choose a defense that has the predator 3-4. I like the Jets playbook because they have a good 4 man front defensive formation that doesn't leave you vulnerable against the pass. I use the patriots playbook on some occasions because the have 2 versions of the 1-5-5 nickle. But I only use that in my offline franchise because the leagues I am in frown on that formation because the AI goes superman and gets pressure with players that it shouldn't.

Ravens are known 4 the predator and if ur getting murdered by AP u can bring out the 46

I like the Ravens 3-4 because it also has a 4-6 formation as well as a unique 'Nickle Odd' formation with two SS's at the line and one deep FS.

Depends in my franchise I have a good pass rushing OLB and a good blitzing safety who is very fast and can cause big hits so I use the Ravens playbook. All Out Blitz with very fast players can give you and automatic sack.
