World Class Training Staff

So i downloaded the World Class Training Staff...The description says permanent upgrade..but before i use it i was wondering is it a one team only thing...i know its per franchise...but does that mean i cant use it on both my colts and my bears franchise? The are seperate saves

Any help is appreciated...Thanks in advance

player management then press Y and then you shuld eb able to do the rest!
