I picked Troy Smith...for a few reasons.

A) It's probably not the right move, so it's right up Al Davis' alley.

B) With VY's resurgence, it's unlikely the Titans want to trade him (HUGE contract implications too)

C) I take the term rebuilding as not looking for a stopgap QB, and Tarvaris is almost closer to 30 than 25...which means at best 4-5 years until you absolutely MUST draft a quarterback.

D) Troy fits the Raiders. Speedy, multiple threats....however, if you want a REAL Raider option, MV7 is the way to go.

Neither I would just Draft someone but if I had the choice I'd take Vince Young.

I voted TJax because the Titans aren't getting rid of Vince, Graham Harrell isn't even in the NFL, and TJax has at least shown signs of being a serviceable starter every once in awhile, whereas Troy hasn't. I'd definitely pick TJax or Smith.
