Raptors = Unmitigated disaster...

Worst defensive team in the league. Hedo is so lethargic it is not even funny...He plays like he's out of shape...I can't belive i defended Jose all those years. He's a backup at best.

On the other hand, after watching the Hawks for about the 3rd time this season, yesterday, I really think they are the best team in the East. When they get their block game going, it becomes contagious. Dudes like Jeff Teague start skying and smack away balls..

But yeah, I'm ashamed to be a Raptors fan right now.

The bloom is officially off the rose for Colangelo. I have a feeling he'll be out of town by the end of next year if this team doesn't turn it around. Bosh is as good as gone and "the core" is laughable.

Oh and even though I like Jay Triano a lot, he's just in way over his head.

He's too much of a nice guy. Doesn't call out players in the film room, rather just saying it's okay, everything will be fine...

At this point Bosh is probably counting down the days till he gets to leave.

This whole situation is just too bad because i do quite like Toronto and have since they had Damon Stoudamire and the Raps seem to have a really good fanbase.

I think Toronto will be fine. Adjustment period. New players take awhile to gel and in the least for a coach to find a rotation.

THey also need Reggie Evans.

Nope i agree totally. Most of the Euro's who crack the nba are very gifted offensively and usually outstanding outside shooters but they seem to be pretty soft and play more defense. I know that is a generalisation and their are exceptions but the vast majority seem to fit that mould. They just seem to lack the toughness necessary to get it done when it counts.

Tracy McGrady, Vince Carter, Marcus Camby, Damon Stoudamire, and now Chris Bosh.

Just a couple names off the top of my head of former Raptors.

Right now the Raps are playing brutal but I think they still might have a chance to save face and make the playoffs considering the East is weak again this year.

Also keep in mind that their schedule hasn't been that friendly to them. That Atlanta game last night, Atlanta was rested up since Sunday. But if things continue the way there going right now, this thing is getting blown up at the trade deadline.

I hate to say this after the fact Toronto has lost 5 straight but the Hedo signing was a mistake. Locking a guy up to around 50 mil long term at his age wasn't the brightest idea. I get the feeling that in a couple years, Hedo Turkoglu will turn into "Hedo Turkoglu's Expiring Contract".

Lakers won basically with Euro players. Everyone but maybe Bynum. Kobe's supporting cast are all Euro style players. Bosh's supporting cast are all Euro style players....
