i have changed shawn merrium from linebacker to RE and is 99 and LE for my other linebacker suggs, but now im short on linebackers, question is any players that would jump from low 80s to 90s just on position change?? sorry if this doesnt make any sense :D

Not sure... I know a lot of linebackers make a big jump if you switch them to DE. I don't typically do this unless they have decent strength. But pretty much any pass rushing OLB such as Ware, Suggs, Merriman, or Dumerville will give you a 99 DE.

ya ive done that but now im short on linebackers need to know where i can find some good A potential if i can change other ppl positions or get a 70+ that i can build up to A

If a DE has good speed and tackling, then they'll become better OLB.
