    Shonn Greene

Star in the making. He runs like a bowling ball who can't be tackled. He punishes defenders for tackling him. He has the speed as you saw in yesterdays game.

Madden needs to bump his 83 speed to about 90 and obviously his overall rating.

I'm sorry but Revis should not be a 99. If anyone watched yesterdays game could see there is no way he deserves a 99. He should be a 101.

I totally agree with Greene, he should definitely be a lot better then he is now.

Then with Revis I disagree with the 101 i think he should be probably like 102, that sounds better that guy is just simply amazing.

And the funny thing about this is i hate the Jets, I'm a Dolphins fan.

If teams keep throwing at Revis they are insane. What more does he have to do to prove you don't throw at whoever he's covering?

Woodson is up there though. He was the only one doing anything in that defensive meltdown of a game between ARI and GB.

              let them keep trying

Revis has been thrown at about 50 more times then Woodson and Revis has still allowed less yards then him.

also had less ints, tds, tackles, sacks and forced fumbles then woodson too.

Since when are CB's judged by total INT's? They aren't.

Since when are they judged by tackles? Revis is a heck of a tackler. Revis isn't asked to blitz so sacks are irrelevant.

I give to props Woodson for his forced fumbles because thats something he evidently tries to do. The only issue is that you watch him try and strip someone and when he fails the receiver gets an extra 3 or 4 yards which is a negative.

Revis is better. Just look at the people he shuts down. Woodson does not have that resume this year. His DPOY is based on all stats.

Someone could play awful coverage and get beat for 15 TD's and long plays yet still have 9 INT's, 4 sacks, and the rest. And I'm not saying Woodson played bad coverage but Woodson won DPOY based on pure stats, not covering which Revis is clearly the best at.

Revis is still young he has so many years ahead of him to prove that he is indeed the DPOY.

I give Wood all the props for winning this award in the back end of his carear. He's been playing 11 years lets remember folks.

If Revis is still doing what he does in 10 years, he'll probably win the DPOY @ least 5 times.
I want to see how he does in his next game.

                    Back on topic:
Greene is more of a north/south runner & will run through people & not around them.
I think his ball carrier vision & elusiveness should be upgraded, not his speed.

I agree but his speed is like an 83. There is no way he's that slow. 83 speed players don't out run entire secondaries.

A lot of the speed ratings seem weird at a lot of positions. There's LBs faster than WR. Heck, I think Hillis is at least as fast as some of the Ravens WR in the game (a FB with WR speed - or, rather, a WR with FB speed? Would this guy even exist in the NFL?)

Guys like Greene get the shaft because of this. He does play as a solid power back, though, so at least there's that, unlike Rice who's slow for an Elusive back but lacks any power for an inside running game. Of course, Ravens are an "open the lanes" team which doesn't work in Madden's "break the tackles" running game design.

I dont think his speed should be anything higher than 85 tho. 83 isnt bad. I like the way speed, and ratings in general are done in this years game. We're so used to a speed rating lower than 90 being slow, where in this game the way it is stretched out, a speed in a the mid 80s is pretty good and speed 90+ is fast.

I've out run defenses with my 81 speed FB. Speed is overrated in this years game.
