what training staff in gives your players a speed boost?
 

I'm curious to know which one because i always thought that u could'nt increase a player's speed in franchise mode. any answers would be greatly appreciated.

When you're in the off-season, go to STAFFING and use the left trigger to bring up Training Staff. Use the "X" button (on the 360) to sort by type, or whatever. There should be a group of staffs sorted by "Performance."

Cycle through these to find HB SPD +3 or whatever else you can find.

pretty sure there is only +3 HB Speed and +3 SS speed
thats all i remember seeing.
