Tired of the mismatches

Is there ANY way at all to fix the mismatches? I have my center at the perimeter guarding their guard. Please help me before I stop playing.

decrease the help defense strength & they come to help less often, thus being not as much switching.

In my experience I see minimal changes with the help d strength slider.

I depends on who sliders u are using. I saw this crap while using someone's sliders.

Turning down Help D and Double team do work on every difficulty level. Of course the lower the level, the more noticeable.
