I found the perfect thing for if you want a return specialist as a wide Reciver
 

So i was trying to find a way to put Hester as a return specialist but i wanted him to still be a wide out so i changed him to a Halfback and put him as Gold and put speed burner and deep threat and return specialist and so now he is great a returning kicks but still is at the wide out position because i substituted him a wide receiver at every offensive formation!
