Updated Rosters with Injuries

Does anyone know how to get the updated rosters but still be able to use injured players or just turn off the injuries completely? When I'm offline and just playing a quickmatch with a friend I would like the most up-to-date rosters but be able to play with players like Yao Ming and Greg Oden.

I'm frusterated because it's looking like I'm going to have to spend an afternoon updating the rosters myself so I can choose to play with all the NBA players in quickmatch mode. Does anyone know of a workaround or anything I can do to fix this issue?

What's really frusterating is when u start an association with those rosters the injured players come off the bench or don't play at all. I'm also looking for a workaround.

I'm thinking we just may have to update our own rosters manually (which for me seems to take forever) and then save the file. All I want at this point is the opening night rosters to be correct and start with that but I will also have to adjust a few ratings that are way off, say like Jennings from the Bucks.

I was thinking it would be great if someone got the rosters correct and uploaded them without the injuries to 2K Share but then I would have to download the new patch to access them unless I just saved the shared file from someone that has the new patch nd transfered it to my PS3.

Seems like a lot of work...
