Normally I try not to side but I agree, three years seems like a long time to hold something in. But then again, I won't pass judgement because Irvin has been associated with some insane stuff in his day.

At any rate, Irvin always seems to have his name tied to transgressionary dealings. I have no doubt it "could have" happened. Now it's just up to the courts to decide.

Not surprising, dude is a dirtbag. He tried to kill a teammate with a pair of scissors and is constantly battling hard drug charges.
