Where are you going to read the MLB 10: The Show manual?

I can't decide! When I get the game, I will probably do as I always do are remove the shrink wrap using my Strawberry Shortcake scissors that I have saved for this purpose alone.

Then it gets tricky. Traditionally, I have always read the manual cuddled up in a blanket next to the fireplace with a warm cup of Earl Grey. Last year, an ember flew out of the fire and burned my precious manual, and nearly half of my beard (I don't shave for months before the Show comes out). So I am considering new places to read my manual. The obvious choices would be on the porch with the dog (the dog is an obvious hazard), at the beach (scary!) or the toilet, but that might jinx my franchise.

So, where are you going to read your manual?

Best post by a Braves' fan in weeks?? In the car, right after I buy it. Yeah yeah, I know it's not safe but I always do it that way. I am a professional manual reader/driver

This made me laugh, the beard catching on fire part. I'm just gonna read the manual when I have some free time, probably when I'm eating breakfast or something.

I'll probably read the manual while the game is installing. It only takes a couple of minutes to flip through.

Thats the tradition!
I love manuals with all the colorful pictures and material, really does give one the very best experience one can wish for on the cold seat.

But those other companies that make black/white paper thin booklets are the stuff of constipation.

I usually read the manual while suspended upside down after a bungee jump but last year my specs flew off on the third upwards boing and I don't think I'll use that method any more. This year I have a crazy impulse just to sit down in a chair and read it.
