It depends, are you on PS3 or 360? If you're on PS3, then there is a profile you can download to unlock them (I forget where though). If you're on 360, then unfortunately there is no profile that will unlock 5 ability CAPs.

thanks a ton, but what needs to be done with that zip to get it to work on Ps3?

It's been a while since I did this, but I'll see if I can remember it. In the .zip there should be a folder called PS3 (with subfolder SAVEDATA) copy the PS3 folder onto a flash drive and then put the drive in a USB port on your PS3. Then you should be able to go into the Save Data portion of your PS3 menu and at the very top it will have the flash drive. Go into it and select the APF profile and copy it.

Ta da! You can now create 5 ability CAPs.

go to the link i gave you

then click on the link

select OPEN, DO NOT PICK SAVE

go to either copy or extract all files

choose location to put the save on the flash drive

now, go to the ps-3 startup screen under game data, or something - now, select usb and COPY to your ps3 harddrive
