    My PSP roster update

hello. Just sharing my personal roster for PSP MLB 10

Since I'm one of the few who are sad cuz there's no online update this year via sportsconnect. I made my own one...

    what's updated:

    rosters up to March 2010

that means Free Agents signs like Wang in Nats, Marcus Thames in Yankees, Orlando Hudson in Twins etc etc

    what's not updated:

    - lineup and Disabled list, since it's still spring training
    - CAP, most likely won't do it...

harhar, I am so hating MLB 10 for PSP...

Will these work on a Mac? Or do I need a PC?

Downloading works just fine on my mac, so it should for you too. I won't be able to put the rosters on my game until later.

Might be a dumb question, but will the rosters file itself work for MLB:09?

Eitherway this is amazing and this is going to be a big help. Thank you so much.

And finally, how do you make your own roster for the psp and upload them? I often have a lot of free time and I'll be glad to try and help out or do my own for anyone who's interested. I know there are quite a bit of us interested in updated psp rosters.

you just save the roster in game..then go into your memory card through the computer annd copy the whole folder of your new roster(4 files inside folder). copy it to pc then upload for us...

would love if somoene put alot of effort into it.
if you need exact detailed how to do this let me know

Hmm. This may just convince me to buy the game this year. Thanks for working on these.

                  Re: My PSP roster update

I like to play in Season mode. Would I be able to have control over all 30 teams rosters and adjust lineups, transactions, etc. If I remember, in '09 The Show on the PSP, this was not possible. I could only control my team. Can someone check if this is possible.

I've never uploaded a game file to my PSP before, and I can't get this to work. Once I've downloaded the file, how do I get it to work in the game?

                          Re: My PSP roster update

Here's how you do it guys - it's pretty easy once you know where everything goes:

First off, the memory stick stays in your PSP through the whole process - it gets read by your PC through your PSP:

                          1. Download the update. It'll have a folder in it with UCUS and a bunch of numbers, followed by Roster1.

                          2. Turn on your PSP and plug it into your PC via a USB cable (I don't think it comes standard with a PSP, but they are cheap and easy to find. It's the type of cable you connect a Sixaxis controller to a PS3 with in order to charge it)

                          3. This should put the PSP into "USB Mode" as soon as it's connected. If it doesn't, go into settings and select "USB Connection". Once your PC is detecting the PSP, you'll be able to open the contents of the memory stick on your PC.

                          4. Browse to the PSP/Savedata folder. Copy the entire contents of the downloaded file to the Savedata directory, folder and all.

                          5. Start the game, go to features, rosters, and then load them. That's it!

If you have a digital copy of the Show, make sure you're copying the roster update to the same memory stick the game is installed on.

Hope that helps! I was able to load the roster without any trouble.

I could use instructions. Like I said, I'm interested in updating rosters, and college gets out for the summer in about a month, so I'll have a lot of free time. Just lemme know what to do and I'll try my hand at doing rosters.
