Re: NCAA draft class
Unfortunately you can't do that anymore. The only way to get NCAA draft classes for Madden 10 is to buy/rent NCAA 10 and get them your self.
You can always go somewhere that sells used games (and allows returns of those games), buy it used, get the classes, and then return it. That's what I did. -

Yea, this year they made it so you can't transfer them via flashdrive to your PS3.Comment

Re: NCAA draft class
I hate to say it, but you will be very disappointed even if you find one!!!!
I think EA should give you the option to "tweak" the "ratings drop" for every position to allow us to have more control over the NCAA classes. This year the numbers just sucked importing classes!
Although EA could really fix this on their own by more heavily emphasizing the impact of position specific ratings on the OVR rating and then allowing those areas to be where progression is centered!!!
I never tested it this year, but in Madden 09 you could completely change the Oline specific ratings and it had zero impact on the OVR rating. I would actually say that they could use the same attributes or ratings but a completely redone formula for calculating the OVR!!!Comment

Re: NCAA draft class
It depends on what you're looking for. I use the NCAA draft classes for the '10 and '11 drafts just because there are a bunch of big name players in thise drafts and it's fun to scout/draft/play with the real college prospects.
However the Madden pre-made classes are plenty of fun too. They also have gems/busts, which the NCAA classes tend to lack. In a Madden class you can find a QB in the 6th round who will turn out to be a good QB (a la Tom Brady), but in the NCAA classes any QB you draft in the 6th round will likely have 60-70 Throw Power and Accuracy.Comment
