A game freezing is a big deal, yet they act surprised and don't want to give you a refund. Are they really shocked or are they just pretending to avoid giving me my money back?

yeah. I mean, one of them tried to blame my system and told me it might be time to buy another one. I try not to get upset, but I feel like they're trying to hustle me.

No store can give you a refund for a video game once it has been opened. They can only exchange it for a non-defective copy. I've had no freezing issues. Maybe you need to call Sony and have your PS3 checked out.

Gamestop (or any retailer for that matter) is not responsible for bugs or glitches on the disc. They can however swap it out for another copy within 30 days if it doesn't work properly. If it continues to happen to you then its your system. I've been bug/freeze free with the game.

im sure you are the only guy trying to return this game with complaints.. im sure if it was a more widespread problem where people were coming in alot, then it would get some response..

anyway, i dont think it is the store's responsibility if indeed a game's code is off (not saying the show's is in any way). i think you would have to take it up with the company that develops the game.. now that i gave a somewhat ridiculous question a thoughtful response i will eat this sandwich.

I've put more hours into this game than I care to admit and I haven't had it freeze once. Maybe it is your PS3. Or maybe it's not quite as bad as you say.

I too have played this game for a week straight now, no freezing. You maybe insulted but it maybe system sir. Because i havent heard of a wide spread freezing issue of this game

Ok, thats one bug, a new disc wont change anything. I have yet to play in the trop so i didnt know about it.
