Seriously I downloaded max franchise pack so like $6-7, it doesn't work because ea messed up their patch. How do I get my money back? Essentially it's fraud. It think EA needs to patch again or pay all of us back for our DLC's

You just have to re download it.

Delete the game data file. Create a new one.
