I line changes and strategies.
 

Is it possible to disable AI line changes and change their strategies? I want one team to be a trapping team with 4 men back and I want another team to be an all out attack style team.

I'm creating my own league with different themed teams; big hitters, danglers, defensive players, snipers, etc and I want every team to field consistent teams with no line changes and they need to play to their strengths.

I noticed your question right away but it is a tough one since I don't play the mode. However, I believe the customation your looking for isn't possible. You can only change the teams' default strategies (I think) no line change tactics. Can somebody confirm this?

And if you have an unanswered or other kind of good question you can always ask directly from the gameplay dev Redshirt (via PM) who can be seen commenting threads here every now and then.

Okay even if I can't turn off their line changes I could just set each line on their team to be the same. Do you know if the teams will keep the strategies that I assign to them? They aren't going to be changed by the teams coach? Thanks for the help.

I believe that if control the team somehow there's an option to assign default strategy (for all lines?) at least for off, def and pp but I don't know how this is handled in your case. If you manage every team somehow then it might be possible.

Sorry, I won't say anything else because I don't know these things for sure. Someone who plays those franchise modes may speak. :nocomprende:

I think it's random.
I find some teams do play trap against me & some don't.
I guess you can say its the same IRL.
