The NHL has a new team. It is called the Las Vegas Outlaws. Outlaws will come to Las Vegas from Phoenix after the NHL confirmed the deal that was made a couple of days ago, in that deal Phoenix Coyotes was sold to a group of Finnish bussinesman. The deal was fine to Gary Bettman because the club still stays in the desert.
''It is fun to see how does the team do in Las Vegas,'' Bettman said. The new owners said that they already have contracts for the players that will go to Las Vegas, none of them are old Coyotes players, they are mainly 18-year-old players that have played in the same for their hole life. There is also couple of players from Finland's and Sweden's elite leagues. They have said that the oldest player is Tomi Kallio who comes to the team from Frolunda Indians of Sweden's elite league Elitserien. They also have a new GM, he is Jari Kurri. Kurri left his job as Finland's national teams GM and joins the Outlaws.
