Trading with Teams that are Uninterested

You want to trade witrh a Cpu in be a GM for draft picks, players etc. but the reply will be "we are uninterested in trading away this player" or we are uninterested in acquiring this player. This happens to me frequnetly even my offers are more than fair for the CPU. Is there any way to increase the likelihood that you will get the deal done, or how much do you have to overpay an uninterested CPU.

Upgrade your pro scout(after you max out your assistant coach).
Then look @ the trade block to see what that team is interested, try to offer them what they're looking for.

you have to offer them something they want, not just what you're willing to give up

I picked up Datsyuk for my Devils team.
He's starting center, with Kovulchuk and Kariya flanking him.
I had to put Parise on line 2 until he lights up like Kariya has.
