Fair trade

In my Phils franchise, the Twins offered me Mauer and Slowey for Chad Durbin and Trevor May (my top pitching prospect). Doesn't seem fair to me only 58 games into the season but Ruiz is killing my lineup. Would love to have Mauer behind the plate. What do you all think?

not even remotely fair... it depends what you are after, if you care about winning do it, if you care about realism, no way

I am going for realism so I am not going to do it. The thing I did not mention is that Mauer is still on a 1 yr contract so in my rosters so that maybe the only reason the Twins would try to trade him. Oh well, now I'll have to face him when he's playing for the Yanks.

i've had the computer just basically insult me with some of its trades, the cardianls tried to trade for my top Pitching prospect who was already the top in AAA, who was good enough to be my #4 starter(and i had the top rotation in the majors mind you) and had a potential of A, and my best hitting prospect who was leading the pacific league in homers and average with a potential of A as well, for two AA guys who's potentials were D and C, and not even close to being major league material, and they were in their mid 30's, my two guys were still 23 and 25, what the heck were they thinking i was gonna say "OH MY GOD, THEY MUST BE ROY HOBBS, I HAVE TO ACCEPT THIS TRADE", i was like "ha ha ha, o k then", so i offered the 3 worst prospects in my orginaization for albert pujols, chris carpenter, and matt holiday, so TAKE THAT COMPUTER CONTROLED TRADES! (they didnt accept it, just incase anyone was wondering, lol)
