    NFL Schedule Release Discussion Thread

Today's the day. Here's hoping the Texans have a few 1pm Pacific games, and a couple primetime games.

I expect to see both Redskins vs Eagles games in primetime.

Patriots at 1 PM EST every single week.

One can always hope I guess?

Roger Goddell said on Mike and Mike that in the last three weeks of the season there will be 28 divisonal games, last year there were only 15. He also said that all week 17 games will be divisonal matchups.

I like the week 17 idea, but 28 in the last three weeks?

I expect a couple of Dolphin games in primetime this year, including Dolphins/Jets. That should be a primetime game every year, its the "true" rivalry in the AFC East.

That's not too bad though. A potential 96 games max in 3 weeks (most teams should have had their bye week) and only 28 of them are divisonal games.

                Unless I heard wrong...

It's 48 games in 3 weeks, 96 is teams. So 28 of 48 games will be divisional games.

Nothing really wrong with that IMO.

I wonder what pitiful Thanksgiving matchups we'll see.

There's a good chance we'll get Ravens at Jets on Thanksgiving night. Cross your fingers.

Well it's pretty safe to say we'l have Chargers/Broncos and Patriots/Jets week 17?

Saints should be playing the Falcons to end the year.

I'm sure they'll get a MNF game against Arizona like they regularly do. Those games are always fun to watch. Especially fun for me when they lose and I can text all my friends back home in the Bay to talk trash...which is what they do to me when the Cowboys are on prime time and lose.
