We finally have word on the Tecmo Bowl Throwback release date.

"Tecmo Bowl Throwback is out on XBLA April 28th, 2010. TBD for PSN."

I've heard two dates now, 28th and 29th.

Yeah, a site that has all of the release dates for XBox Live is showing the 29th, but TecmoGames just said the 28th. If I were a betting man, I'd say the 29th, but I went ahead and posted TecmoGames date since they tweeted it. Quite honestly, either is fine by me as they are both very close.

I'm interested to see who's on the Texans, Ravens, Jags, and Panthers rosters.

Also, from one of the videos, it appears the Titans are still in Houston, so there are 2 Houston teams. LOL

Wait..

I thought it was going to be the same set up as the SNES version. No Panthers, no Jags, no Texans and no Ravens. Same Divison setups as the SNES version, LA Raiders, not Oakland, LA Rams, not St. Louis.. Phoenix Cardinals, etc...

It's the 93 rosters.

I was wondering the same. There would be the Phoenix Cardinals, the LA Rams, the Houston Oilers, etc.

No Ravens, Jags, Texans, Panthers, or team in St. Louis, LA, or Tennessee.

But rumors were 32 teams, meaning those teams are in. In a season video preview shown yesterday, if you pause the video on the playoff screen, you see 2 Houston AFC teams with different colors in the playoffs. That to me, would mean the Oilers and Texans.
