Supposedly 5/28, 5 days before the game is released, and 6/8 for PS3...

Those dates were posted last week on the BB forums, everyone freaked, the devs never confirmed or denied, so it's either those dates... or later (in which case they wouldn't confirm that because then people would just freak out more)
