    Fix The Georgia Dome

i would like to finally see the Georgia Dome fixed to it's new look with red and black seats. i thought this would be in madden 10, but it wasn't.it still had the old colored seats which were greenish blue. Also i hate how in madden 10 the GA dome looks a little dark and has this grey look to it
this is how the Georgia dome should look. In real life it's brighter and it has red and black seats. somebody from EA please do this

I thought I was the only one who noticed the Dome being extremely dark lol. But Im with you, I hope they give your post some recognition because it definitely is a legit issue with the game. We clearly have red seats now.

I'll co-sign the OP. I took a tour of the Georgia Dome a few months ago, and it's gorgeous inside, and not 100% represented in Madden from a lighting standpoint. Most of the lighting comes from sunlight pouring through the material that the dome is made of and for those 1:00 pm games it's really bright. The red and black definitely gives it a nice hue that those dull greenish seats took away and makes the place look brand new.

I sent a few pics in before last years games hoping it'd get fixed. Hopefully this year, because inside and out it's a totally different look. Definately agree it needs to be brightened up a bit inside.

Here's a shot of the exterior after it's remodel in spring of 2009.

I can only assume that the renovations were done as the game was close to finishing. There's no excuse not to have the Georgia Dome accurately this season.

I'm expecting the same treatment on Fedex Field this season. They are putting in a new HD screens replacing the small umbotrons. I don't think they'll be ready by the time EA starts finishing up development so if I do get Madden, I'm stuck with one more year of that mediocre jumbotron. The new HD screens won't be finish until late Summer.

It's suppose to be 28 feet high and 100 feet wide.

The Falcons need a new stadium anyways. Even though it is not very old Arthur Blank wants a new open air stadium and it from what i've heard on the radio they could approve the plans very soon. I would love for the Falcons to play in an open air stadium, there is no need for a dome in Atlanta.

The seats were changed in early 2008. The remainder of the renovations were done early in 2009. None have made it into Madden yet. Here's hoping to this year.

Yeah, everything I'm hearing is an open air stadium with a very slim change of it having a retractable roof. I'm just hoping they move away from the downtown spot and maybe go north of I-85.

Then there's no excuse for seats not to be in Madden.....can't say the same about the new screens.

Someone should at least pay attention to every stadium in the NFL for every Madden. They do change every year, whether it's minor or not. Fans of that team would notice them. The only exception to inaccurate stadium to my knowledge is Soldier Field because EA doesn't have rights to use that stadium in their game.

Closer to Athens huh? Either way its in my vicinity so its a win-win for me.

I wish they'd move closer to Athens. They'd be in my backyard then LOL. Right now it's a 45 minute drive or quicker depending on traffic. Which isn't bad, I just don't like the location.

When I said north of 85, I was mainly saying somewhere like Doraville would be ideal for the Falcons stadium. It'd make getting in and out alot easier IMO. Getting off at the Georgia Dome/Georgia Aquarium/Philips Arena exits downtown is a big ol' cluster f***.

Also not to be nitpicky, but there should be more African American fans in the Georgia Dome than in any other stadium (not just the upper deck).

Man I agree, I live 35 minutes away from the dome been there played HS football, and basketball games in the dome, as well as many Falcons games I have attended, they have the most in the league I would bet.
