I use to love the covers back in NCAA for the PS2. It made the season seem like an ongoing story, and really added to the immersion of the Dynasty Mode. These were inexplicatly taken out of Next Gen, but I really hope they come back because they were awesome.

Anytime they remove something, it's inexplicable, unacceptable, or unexplainable. What was more amazing is how Next Gen PS3 brought blu-ray but they found ways to take features OFF the disc. And I loved the magazines too, it kept information tidy and neat.

If I remember correctly the magazines will be back this year.
I believe I read this in the espn presentation blog, not sure though.

The ESPN the magazine covers would be awesome, but now they have ESPN.com (I think I haven't played since 08) so that probably replaced it

yea hopefully the front pages n photos are from the game engine n not former players and random fans ive been bugging for this to go back to the old way since they dropped it

Yes i loved that when they would show in-game screens of my team or players. Also other schools and stuff. That made the game awesome. I dont want it half a**ed like the 360 and ps3 had it. Where they showed real life pictures of my cheerleaders and team. was very boring

I loved the covers also...my friends and I would always keep a tally of what team between us was on the cover the most...good times.

they didn't. when we went to next gen we got a completely new game. I wish they had just changed the name so people could understand this
