All the glory of your RB and QB and WR is NOTHING without a good offensive line. Those great LBs would not be so great if they had no lineman keeping them free to raise havoc against the opposing team....

WHY IS THERE NO LOVE FOR THE FREAKING POCKET. Why should I ever recruit a 330lb NT if he can always be blocked by one man and causes no penetration up the middle? what is the point?? Where is the penetration where is the pocket... why after 20years of madden do we still have the same blocking logic we had since day one engage disengage.

Respect the line because without it you cant win (unless your Barry Sanders and he doesn't have a ring).

Come on EA do the right thing and fix the backbone of football..

The locomotion is suppose to also help create better OL/DL interactions. But until i see a video i don't believe their blogs.

there have been 3 years where they have been talking about run blocking... give the damn pass blocking and defensive line penetration a change. Engage and disengage should have died with the ps2.

I know how you feel, I build one of my online fantasy team line first and drafted the best Run blockers in the game and my RB got stuffed or dropped for loss 8/10 times.

It won't play right until weight and strength are an integral part of the Madden game engine. The fact that you can sub in a punter and they can hold the DT a few seconds is not something we should still be seeing on this generation of consoles.
