This may be a dumb question. But, I never understood why there was time spent on this. I love, love the recruiting but how can I get what you create on my console? I know rosters can be shared and loaded up each time you start your console. But recruits can't be copied, unless there is something I don't know?

Or are you just making a list for guys to create themselves.......or can they be added to a file like the rosters and shared?

        Help me understand! Thanks

You just take the ratings that are posted on here and do "create a prospect" in the off-season before recruiting begins.

I'd like to suggest DeAnthony Arnett at WR...

and also if you could, do Stephen Rivers (it is Philip Rivers' little brother)

Re: NCAA High School Created Prospects

I usually don't create recruits because half the time the guys who are supposed to end up at your school commit elsewhere. What I always do it create a few that don't have real names but are similar to some top recruits. That way if I get them I just change their name to the actual recruit and the game is realistic. If not I just leave their name and change someone else in my class to that recruit. I think it is more realistic this way because you don't have every recruit end up being great and since I play with Texas and I know in March who is committed I have actual recruits names.

What I do to avoid recruits going elsewhere in the game, is make the hometown the city of your school. For those who are committed or will commit. After they sign, change the hometown to what it really is(if you want). And the one one that aren't committed to my school, I make their hometown what it really is.

EA needs to implement what 2K has for MLB (not sure they have it for their other games), the Player DNA feature, where you can download an individual created player, then load them up when its time to create prospects... How amazing would that be for dynasty mode?!

That sounds like a good idea. Maybe they'll look into something like that for the future.

As much as I'd love this I don't think it'll ever happen because of the same topic of debate in the Player Likeness/EA lawsuits.
