    All Star Voting in Franchise

Is it possible to see the voting in Late May-Early June rather than letting the user see the voting all throughout the season.

Also pitchers don't get voted in to the All-Star game, the manager chooses the pitchers.

This is something for MLB 11

the manager doesn't choose the pitchers, its a combination of votes from players, coaches, and managers. They combined vote in 8 pitchers(5 starters and 3 relievers).

Also, pitchers can be voted in by fans and/or by internet vote for the final spot, or that between the managers filling in the roster along with the commissioners office.

    Players are voted/selected by:

    Fan vote
    Player, manager, coach voting
    Manager & Commissioner office selection
    Internet vote

You could always just not look at the voting up until late may-june anyway. It's not as if it's forced on you to look at it anyway.

at least its not biased towards major market teams like in real life
Minnesota Gophers - Minnesota Vikings - Minnesota Twins -
              Minnesota Timberwolves - Minnesota Wild

It's not? My first all star game had more Yankee and Red Sox players than any other teams' players. Maybe they were just that good?

I haven't noticed anything like that in my franchise, it's pretty spread out. Idk weird

Re: All Star Voting in Franchise

Well the Yankee players are rated pretty high on this game so it is no wonder some of them would end up as all stars. Same with Red Sox. Is it just me, or does winning help your chances of getting to the all star game? Very small sample size, but the first year the teams that were doing well had players get voted in above players that had better stats. Anyone else notice anything like this? If so, that would make sense. Then there are the players that should have been in the all star selection but don't because some mediocre player from a terrible team gets in as their one representative.

In 09 you would see the #2 vote getter passed by by the #5 guy in votes. That still happen?

You see that because the all-star selection goes through each team and takes their player with the highest votes, then the highest remaining.
