Demo Bugs

I know there are alot of threads out there but i think there should definitely be a separate thread for BUGS/Glitches found in the demo. Hopefully these things can be addressed by the DEVS before launch.

1. 3 times i couldnt run the spike ball play by holding square after the play b/c the of the replay. I tried holding it the whole time and jamming it over and over... just goes back to play call screen and then the clock ran out. This is a pretty big bug!

2. Everyone has seen the "blurry replay/cut scene" lets get that worked out.

3. Punt return with player lock gives a really goofy camera angle.

Please add more...

I definitely agree on the punt return camera, that's bothered me.

Also, the camera acts weird when you perform a squib kick. It doesn't follow the ball at all, it just stops at like the 30 yard line and you can't see the receiving team til they enter the screen.

same. and I am LOVING the punt return blocking and camera view! It just seems AWESOME to me lol anyway they said that they fixed the bugs for the final version... now let's just wait and seeif they really did! hahaha

just had one....was using OU and called a playaction screen on 4th and 5....my QB kept running backward for about 40 yards in the hand off animation....I pushed all the buttons and he stopped and turned around....I panicked and quickly threw the ball incomplete.

waiting to get the ball back to see what formation I was in...but it was a bunch one.

when I did a squib kick the ball got behind the camera and you had no idea where the guy who fielded it went till he got to about the 25.

ok, it was I-form Y-trips - PA Boot screen.

it was the 2nd QTR... 4th and 5....was about mid field....and regular play, it wasn't flipped or anything...no hot-routes either, just picked the regular play.

I sacked Terrel Pryor and he fumbled, while I was on the ground I recovered the fumble, stood back up, then ran it in for a TD. I should have been blown dead though.

ok just tried it again and my QB ran passed my endzone for a safety....so that was 2 plays back-to-back.....

I have tried another screen play before and it ran fine...might be something wrong with just this play....

Not really worth getting upset about, but I scored a TD and the referee got stuck turning in circles between me and the mascot (OU's weird horse head thing)...wish I had a video capture of it because it was quite amusing...

I had 2 major bugs occur in the same game.

I was Miami against ohio state. I was losing 14-7 with under a min left in the 3rd quarter. Ohio state had the ball on 2nd and 10 and i jumped offsides and osu ran the play and scored a touchdown. To my surprise they accepted the penalty and the next play was 2 and 5 and they took the points off the board. Now not even Tressel is this dumb!! I was blown away at that....

The second bug occurred at the end of the game. I was able to retake the lead with 2 quick scores and with under 15 seconds left i elected to kick a field goal on 4th and goal. When i marched the specials teams out there my quarterback Jacory Harris was my field goal kicker. So i called a timeout, and selected the field goal unit again...and to my dismay Jacory was still back there to kick... If the game were tied or i was losing by 2 i would have been pretty upset, especially if it were a dynasty game.

I hope these are just demo glitches because if not they could be big...

anybody elsde notice the clock doesn't stop during replays? This is a problem.

Instead of letting you watch the replay and the clock starting afterwards, the clock stops on the SCREEN, but it's still running in the background, because it then accelerates(to make up for that time) after the replay is over or when you click out of it.

I had a replay start at about 12 secs left in the first half, when it was over, the clocked accelerated to :00, and the half ended. I wonder if theres some way around this.

There was about 7 seconds left in the first half and i called a timeout but the game clock didnt stop. Even the announcers said that i had called a timeout.

Hopefully this gets fixed
