Finally, a decent sized recording of a game. The option too.

As mentioned in the video, they are playing the game on default, and it seems very fast.

The fast game speed seems to be causing the player sliding that is noticed in the vid's.

I hope lowering the Speed Slider will help limit the sliding and make the field seem larger by slowing the player's down, because the option play to the wide side runs out of field way too fast.

Also, until they include chop/cut blocks, the option will not look/run as it should, because the option scheme does not utiilize the normal blocking technique of other Offensive schemes. It's about cutting Def player's legs to create path's or lanes. (Just my 2 cents about the option offense)

Can't wait for some college football.

        game looks good
        Gaming hard since 1988

I have won like 25 Super Bowls in Madden so I am kinda a big deal.

You can see progressive lighting change between the 1st and 2nd quarters.

I believe that one of the devs explained the sliding in one of the threads, but I cannot remember which one.

Edit: Man the triple option is not a strength of the people playing is it?

The sliding in the last video was horrible. The replay on the wr end around looked ridiculous in terms of the amount of sliding.

I am sorry to be this far into this gen and still have that bad of sliding is mind boggling. Sliding was never really a problem on last gen NCAA's.

Wait I'm kind of confused, I thought that they said that protak/gang tackling ala Madden 10 would be in this, but I've yet to see it in any videos.

So I guess it isn't in after all?

I think they mentioned before that there would be a variation of pro-tak which made it occur less often than Madden's

if i remember correctly i think they said that when the user initially get the ball it's undetermined which way you are going to move your player, hence the sliding.

What confuses me about the amount of sliding, is I thought that would have been one of the things that Locomotion would have fixed. Apparently that is not the case.

^^^If that is their explanation, than why did the sliding on that wr end around occur well after the user initially got the ball? Not sure I buy that.
