There's also a Finals jersey patch, and in 10 you couldn't see the players skating around with the cup.

Hope that's gameplay, cause the patch is nice as is skating with the cup. It's silly, but cool.

IT IS NOT SILLY! We need to get rid of that stigma.

When you play EVERY SINGLE game like many of us do throughout a season, something like this is a GREAT reward. If you could control the Cup Skating, it would be great.. as you pass it to each guy you will remember all the contributions that player made to the cup... like real life Cup Celebrations do.

Again, a running theme in most of my suggestions.. Simple, authentic and effective.

I completely agree. What I meant is that it may be a silly little fluff piece, but it's really cool.

Does it make the gameplay better? No. But it makes it authentic and more fun. Perhaps silly was the wrong choice of words. Maybe simple was a better one.

If you could control the Cup Skating, it would be great.. as you pass it to each guy you will remember all the contributions that player made to the cup... like real life Cup Celebrations do.

That's actually what was going through my mind. Although it did only show Toews with the cup. I hope it's not a cheesy cut scene.

It would be amazing if you could skate around with the cup and hand it off to different players before the team photo. Seriously it takes so long to get through 82 games if you play them, and winning the cup is incredibly rewarding if you play on challenging settings. It shouldn't be a 30 second cutscene. It should be a 5-10 minute moment of glory.

Some season highlights'd be nice too. Maybe even after all of this there could be a post game look at the series, playoffs and season (NHL 11 needs postgame and intermission reports anyways).

I hope, if there is user-controlled Cup celebrations, that we get to choose who to hand it to.

Imagine having a Ray Bourque type situation on your team and then you finally win that player a Cup and you get to hand it to him after that long wait. That would be too sweet.
