Did the Heat just win the Championship before the season started?

As the title says... This is probably the best team on paper I have ever seen. Bosh, Wade and Lebron is like an All Star team basically.

No.

We'll see how they fill out their roster, but at this point I would take the field over Miami. LeBron is not a proven winner, neither is Bosh. This will be interesting.

No.... Not even close.. If they had an 'all-star team', as you said it... They don't have depth at all and they don't even have a full team yet.. One of there best young players, Micheal Beasley, is probably going to traded now and the only other decent player they have is Mario Chalmers.. Unless they have a few tricks up there sleeve in free agency, they won't win, excuse me, buy the championship this year.

there's only one champion and thats the Lakers until further notice and proven otherwise.

They made a strong case.

Make no mistake...the Heat just acquired a squad that...arguably...has 2 of the top 3 players in the entire NBA (D Wade and Lebron) in the same lineup...PLUS Bosh.

Get a few 3 point specialists and some other solid role players...and that's a Champ team.

That's 3 All Stars...in their prime...with 2 legit "Can take over a game" guys.

I just think they just potentially put together one of the best lineups ever.

Nope, aside from the big 3 they have no other good players. Boston has 3 great players along with a rising star in Rhondo and solid role players in Perkins, Big Baby, and Rasheed. Boston has the talent and some depth, Miami has no depth. If LeBron wins one ring in Miami I'll be surprised.

Do they have any money left to sign a few players? I wouldn't think they would, but I also didn't think they could afford these three either.

I don't see how they'll be able to afford quality bench players. They gonna have a bunch of Mark Madsens and Sam Bowies!
