Buying a strategy guide for football games is just pointless IMO.If you need you shouldn't be playing at all.A waste of money if you ask me.

I wouldn't say that, some people maybe aren't as knowledgeable about football as some of us.
I won't buy the guide but it could provide some good information for someone out there.

I've never bought one but I've considered it. Not because I dont know about football but perhaps the other way around. I've never looked at one but if it had scouting reports on every team, the best players for each team and each teams unique plays i would consider buying it so i could gameplan while i was at work. Or while i was sitting at my computer scouring the interwebz waiting for this stupid game to come out finally....

Really? You think everyone who plays understands how to attack a 4-3 defense? Or how to read man vs. zone coverage?

Besides, the manuals that ship with these games are SOOOO helpful.:y14:

Let's keep the attacks aside and focus on the topic at hand please. :waytogo:

I've never bought a strategy guide for a NCAA football game before, but I will admit my stick skills do suffer against some of the veterans around here.

I guess after playing football I thought I knew everything there was to know and didn't feel a need for a strategy guide.
