I hope the developers can tone this down. It becoming a game killer for me. I never knew college football called this many no-huddle plays.

TOO MANY NO-HUDDLES
I just got the game aand was really enjoying it until i notice way too many no-huddle plays. Rutgers ran about 60% to 70% no-huddle plays. Duke was the same. Is this normal in college football?

Re: TOO MANY NO-HUDDLES
I know nothing about Rutgers or Duke offenses but many offenses are no-huddle at least 60% of the time... Re: TOO MANY NO-HUDDLES
Well, this sounds annoying. Unless of course, these specific teams run no huddle quite often.Comment

Re: TOO MANY NO-HUDDLES
both Duke and Rutgers run a no-huddle. they are not a near full-time no-huddle like say, Missouri.Comment

Re: TOO MANY NO-HUDDLES
They do run a lot of no-huddle, it's just not at a fast pace. That's the problem in the game. The QB doesn't give signals or anything, the players just magically know the play. The ball is snapped way to fast.Comment

Re: TOO MANY NO-HUDDLES
Rutger will be running more no huddle this year. Like others said though, it isnt fast paced no huddle, they run it to prevent the defense from being able to make substitutions.Comment

Re: TOO MANY NO-HUDDLES
I'm not sure exactly how EA programed it, but most no-huddle teams do so in certain situations. like if they complete a big play, they might go no-huddle to try and keep up the momentum. or they do it to change the pace of the game, or take advantage of a mismatch in the defense. there are many different situation that they would.Comment

Re: TOO MANY NO-HUDDLES
Part of the problem is that EA didn't distinguish between no-huddle and hurry-up. Teams that are truly "no-huddle" literally never huddle. Never. Auburn is a good example of this. However, they will change the pace throughout the course of the game. Often, maybe 40-50% of the time, they will get to the line and snap as soon as they can. But sometimes they slow it down too. It depends on what the defense is doing and what kind of changes the coaches want to run with. EA really needs to implement this variable speed better in future games.Comment
