Coaching Contracts in Online Dynasty

Has anyone started an OD and simmed through to see how the coach contract process (extensions/job offers) works in an Online Dynasty? Is it the same as offline, even with multiple users? Does the Commissioner of the dynasty play any role in the process at all?
