It\'s time to start advertising SEGA
 

Just from talking with friends, co-workers, newsgroups, etc...lots of people are talking about preordering "NFL2K4" but can't find it anywhere. SEGA needs to get the word out that it's going under a different name this year. Get them pre-orders filled SEGA!

I know, I went to EB and saw a huge cardboard Vick ad for Madden.

My coworker friend went over to EB to check on preordering "NFL2K4". The clerk told him it was ESPN. Wanting to do some homework on it, he passed on preordering it and later asked me if I knew anything about this because he remembered an ESPN football game from before (Konami). I confirmed it with him and he went back and preordered it. THAT'S why I posted what I did. Why it even bothered you, is lost to me.

yeah I have to agree that response was really harsh for someone who simply asked a honest question......... And I think the people might remember that Konami ESPN game as well and might not want to give it a try because of the games of the past.

Sega will begin their ads in about 2 weeks, or the first week of August like they said. I bet they'll say in their commercials that there was a name change and that they'll no longer by NFL2K4 but ESPN NFL Football.
