Quick ONLINE DYNASTY question.. Help from the Vets..

I'm running a 5 man OD with my friends and 3/5 have played there first game.. if I advance the week will it sim the games that the other 2 users havnt played? Or will they still be in week 1 while the other 3 of us are on week 2?
