Can't hear anyone in Online Dynasty Hub Menu
 

Does anyone know why I can't hear anyone in Online Dynasty Hub Menu. We can chat during the game but not in the menu like last year. Are you all haveing this issue too. We contacted EA but aparently they are hiring morons.

Please help
