Should I adjust CPU or Human sliders for tweaks?
 

If I think for example I have too dominate of a run defense and I want to tone it down, should I increase the CPU's running abilities or should I decrease the Human's run defense?

I am thinking adjust the CPU's abilities first to allow for a "smarter" game instead of dumbing down the human's abilities.

What do you all think?
