Go to Rosters,Go to Cavs, release him,Go to FAs,Sign him to the Heat.

I can't believe how many people don't know about 2k share. You can download a roster from 2k Share by, from the main menu, selecting: features > 2k Share > download. Search for a good roster. Once you download the roster of your choice, make sure to load it by,from the main menu, selecting: options > load/save > load. There is some good rosters available on this website.
