How to pass on an Option Pass play?
 

I know how to hand off to the RB/FB on an option and how to pitch but I haven't quite figured out to pass it from an Option Pass play.

Can anyone enlighten me, please?

Tap A or X, depending on your console, once you've completed the fake to the FB(IF it's a triple option pass). If it's just a speed option pass, tap A/X at any time once you've snapped the ball.

^^^ yea what he said. It also helps to practice the play in practice mode with "offense only" on just so you get used to what buttons to press. Then add a defense to practice against. I did it with Army and had them play OU (a tough D) and tried it on them. If you can complete it on OU, you may be able to complete it vs anyone

Awesome, thanks a bunch. Should have realized it was A since A is used to hand off too. Oh well, wish it would be more obvious in the controls screen.

I use LT for pitching on options, never tried using A.

A brings up the passing icons, it doesn't pitch the ball.
