EA hit the ball outta the park with its newest iteration of NCAA football.Everything in the gameplay dept works for me.It's the most enjoyable experience you can have with a sports video game.If I am allowed one gripe it would have to be the games droll commentary.Changing the commentators wont solve the problem.I think they need to update the topical materil that has been in use since the games inception.Here is a list of topics that i feel would bring the game forward into the next gen.Please feel free to add on.
1-PROGRAM HISTORY
a) most recent championships/confrence or national
b) have they ever won a champioship/confrence or national
2-HISTORICAL MATCHUPS
a) which team owns the series
b) historical plays(and the band is on the field)
c) is the game usually high scoring or a scrum
3- HYPE THE FANBASE
a) does the teams fan follow on the road
b) do they come close to outnumberin the home crowd
c) is the crowd even for the home team or is it split...when Temple plays Penn St. here in Philly the crowd is usually split.
4- TEAMS SEASON HOPES
a) can they win their confrence
b) are they bowl eligible
c) have they lost all chances and rely on respect
5- HEISMAN AND OTHER AWRDS
a) are ther award hope fuls on the team
b) have past players won
